Aura Spa aim to provide you with the ultimate pampering experience. Please read our advice and tips to help us ensure your experience here is the best it can be.

• Please arrive promptly, as our appointments include time for you to change.
• All treatments are carried out by fully qualified therapists. If you have a preferred therapist then please inform us at time of booking.
• Parental consent is required for under 16′s
• With regret no children are allowed in the salon.
• A patch test is required for your first tinting and eyelash lifting appointment.
• Bring open toe shoes to wear after pedicure treatments
• Please turn mobiles off whilst in the salon so that everyone can enjoy a relaxing environment.
• Courses are available for all treatments:
  Buy 5 of the same treatment and receive your 6th FREE
  Buy 8 of the same treatment and receive your 9th & 10th FREE

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

To secure bookings of special offers and treatments which are 60 minutes or more in duration, debit or credit card details must be supplied at the time of your booking. A fee of 50% of the treatment price will be taken at the time of booking and is refundable provided at least 24 hours (1 business day) cancellation notice is given via telephone or email (beauty@auraspa.co.uk)

Please be advised a cancellation charge of 100% will be incurred if treatments are not cancelled within 24 hours.

Forget to cancel or don’t show up, 100% of your appointment fee will be charged.

If part of a booking is changed or cancelled after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) will still remain payable upon departure.

Course appointments that are missed or cancelled late will automatically be deducted from course records
