COVID-19

Our Commitment – We will provide you with a safe environment that complies with guidelines issued by Government and our local authority

 

OUR SALON

  • We have arranged our waiting, reception and treatment areas to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
  • We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the salon with doors and windows open where possible.
  • In addition to our already thorough cleaning protocol, we’ve added extra cleaning measures throughout the day to ensure all surfaces and touchpoints are regularly sanitised.
  • Regrettably there will be no refreshments offered.

 

OUR TEAM

  • We have conducted training to ensure all team members care for our customers in a safe, hygienic and professional manner.
  • Staff have been trained to adapt each treatment to uphold best practice, including hygiene and safety.
  • Social distancing measures have been implemented for our team.

 

OUR TREATMENTS

  • Following government guidelines we will not be able to offer any face treatments when we first re-open. This includes waxing and lash and brow treatments.
  • Our therapists will wear masks and other appropriate PPE during treatments where required.
  • Therapists will wash their hands before and after every treatment PPE will be replaced after every client.
  • Your therapist will stay with you throughout your treatment – not venturing out the room – to reduce the need to replace PPE and minimise infection.

 

GUEST ARRIVAL & RECEPTION

  • Reception will be fitted with a safety screen and only one member of staff will be allowed behind reception at any one time.
  • We will stagger customer arrival times to minimise close contact. Customer departure times are unpredictable and difficult to stagger, to help us navigate our way through the first re-opening phase we request payments to be made 24hr beforehand.
  • We will clean the reception area regularly
  • Waiting area will be arranged to adhere to social distancing
  • We will be discontinuing the use of magazines and any paper literature including appointment cards
  • No walk in appointments will be permitted, please book in advance over the phone or email.

 

WE ASK YOU, OUR CUSTOMERS

  • To complete a ‘Wellness Screening’ questionnaire the day before your appointment
  • To arrive at the time agreed, to maintain social distancing
  • To sanitise your hands on arrival
  • To wear face-masks supplied by us
  • To pay for your appointment 24 hrs in advance
  • To come alone to your appointment. The only exception is for parent/guardian chaperones
  • To come with no shopping/minimal belongings
  • Do not come to the salon if you or anyone you live with is self isolating or is displaying symptoms known to be consistent with COVID-19
