Skin Club Memberships

These Terms and Conditions govern the membership offered by Aura Spa to individual clients ("Members"). By enrolling in the Skin Club, you ("the Member") agree to the following terms.

Membership Term

• The membership period is a minimum of six months from the date of enrollment for all Skin Club packages.
• Membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis after this unless canceled in accordance with these terms.

Payments and fees

• Membership fees are charged automatically on a monthly basis to the payment method on file.
• You agree to keep your payment details up to date.
• If a payment fails, your membership benefits may be suspended until resolved.
• Fees will be charged on the 28th of every month, in advance and must be paid in full prior to receiving the monthly treatment.
• Fees are non-refundable or redeemable as cash.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation occurs within the first 6 months, all treatments received at a discounted rate must be repaid in full.
• After this period, you may cancel at any time through the same method used to enroll (e.g., online, in-salon, or by phone).
• The cancellation process will be as simple as the sign-up process, without unnecessary steps.
• No refunds will be issued for payments already made, except as required by applicable law.

Money-back guarantee (cooling-off period)

• In line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you are entitled to cancel your contract and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 14 days of completing your agreement application form.
• However, as per regulation 36 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you select to commence your treatment immediately, you agree that if you subsequently cancel your agreement within 14 days, you will pay the balance of the treatment or package, less an amount for the payments you have already paid commencing from the first day after joining.

Booking and Appointments

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Members are expected to give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Missed/unattended appointments/late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of that month’s treatment.
• Missed treatments or late cancellations cannot be rescheduled, carried over, or refunded.
• This is in line with our General Salon Terms & Conditions cancellation and no-show policy.

Rollover Policy

• Your monthly treatment must be taken each month and cannot be rolled over or transferred.
• Expired or unused services cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

Changes to terms

• Aura Spa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you may cancel your membership before the changes take effect.
• Members will be notified of any material changes via the e-mail address provided at enrollment.

Data Protection

• All personal and payment details are processed securely through our software provider 'Phorest', in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

General

• Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.
• By joining, you accept these terms and agree to comply with all salon policies.
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under consumer law.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By enrolling for an Aura Spa Skin Club Membership, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
